Uniform includes Cheer Top, Skirt, Socks, Briefs. Each athlete is to provide thier own cheer shoes for practice and games. Poms will be provided to all. Uniforms are the same from the 2023 season and can be used again if they still fit.

All players from surrounding communities and school districts are welcome to join.

Practices: Start the first week of July and run through the last game in October. Practices are Tuesday through Thursday from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Jane Adams Community Center in Cedarville IL. Coaches at individual levels may go down to three days a week as we get into the season and also will shorten up practice time when it starts to get dark earlier in the evening.

Games: Season is typically 9 weeks with a one week bye (8 games) All games are primarily on Saturdays, but may be moved to Sundays if there is a shortage of referees, beginning August 12th.

Cheer teams will be divided to be sure we have coverage for every game. If you have an athlete in both cheer and football your cheerleader will cheer for the corresponding team.

NWI Coyotes is a volunteer ran program. Volunteering is a requirement to be a part of the program. All families will be expected to volunteer at a MINIMUM of 2 home games.

If you are registering more than one player in your household, you will receive a $25 discount on the 2nd (3rd + all additional children) registration fee.

This is to certify that I as the parent or guardian of the above named person will assume the financial responsibility in case of injury and certify that the above named person has medical/accident insurance coverage and that NWI Coyotes (including coaches, refs, participants, and volunteers) is not responsible for any medical costs arising from such injury. I consent to treatment of my child at the emergency room in Freeport, IL or any other medical institution if he/she is taken there at the direction of the NWI Coyotes.
