NWI Coyotes provides all helmets/pads/and practice equipment. Athletes are responsible to provide mouthguards, practice pants & cleats.

All players from surrounding communities and school districts are welcome to join. Please be advised that 6 year old players may receive limited game time as they are learning basic fundamentals of the sports.

Returning Players: You have the "rights" to your jersey number. Prior year jerseys can be reused if they still fit properly and are in good shape. *A personalized game jersey is required for all players*

Practices: Start the last week of July and run through the last game in October. Practices are Monday through Thursday from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Jane Adams Community Center in Cedarville IL. Coaches at individual levels may go down to three days a week as we get into the season and also will shorten up practice time when it starts to get dark earlier in the evening. YOUR CHILDS ATTENDANCE AT PRACTICE WILL INFLUENCE GAME TIME.

Games: Season is typically 9 weeks with a one week bye (8 games) All games are primarily on Saturdays, but may be moved to Sundays if there is a shortage of referees, beginning August 12th.

NWI Coyotes is a volunteer ran program. Volunteering is a requirement to be a part of the program. All families will be expected to volunteer at a MINIMUM of 2 home games.

If you are registering more than one player in your household, you will receive a $25 discount on the 2nd (3rd + all additional children) registration fee.

INSURANCE WAIVER This is to certify that my child has my permission to participate in the NWI Coyotes program. This is to certify that I as the parent or guardian of the above named person will assume the financial responsibility in case of injury and certify that the above named person has medical/accident insurance coverage and that NWI Coyotes (including coaches, refs, participants, and volunteers) is not responsible for any medical costs arising from such injury. I consent to treatment of my child at the emergency room in Freeport, IL or any other medical institution if he/she is taken there at the direction of the NWI Coyotes. I am not aware of any physical or mental condition or restriction that would prevent my child from participating in the NWI Coyote Football/cheerleading programs.
